Project Challenges
The brief called for a 4BHK home that could comfortably serve multiple generations while also including a covered terrace for social gatherings. The planning had to maintain clear zoning between public, semi-private, and private spaces, while bringing in enough daylight, ventilation, privacy, and ease of movement across all levels.
Our Solution
Studio Inside Out approached the home through a G+2 configuration with age-friendly planning at the ground level, private family spaces on the upper floors, and a terrace gazebo designed as a semi-open social zone. The design brought together balconies for cross-ventilation, climate-responsive materials like exposed brick and terracotta jaali, and interior spaces that felt warm, refined, and tailored to each family member’s lifestyle.
