Project Challenges
The project needed to move beyond the usual factory-like approach seen in industrial estates. The facility had to support the client’s machinery requirements, optimize land use, reduce construction time, improve the working environment, and create an administrative office that felt comfortable, naturally lit, and efficient throughout the day.
Our Solution
Studio Inside Out planned the operations unit as a PEB structure to make construction faster, more efficient, and better suited to the industrial function. A partial mezzanine was added to use vertical space smartly without expanding the footprint. The administrative block was designed around a central courtyard, allowing natural light to move deeper into the workspace while reducing dependency on artificial lighting. High ceilings, slit windows, shaded façades, aluminum louvers, and durable exterior materials helped control heat, improve comfort, and keep the building low-maintenance. Green buffers along the site edge softened the industrial setting and created a healthier work environment.
