Project Challenges
The home had to bring together multiple layers at once Vastu compliance, clear zoning across three levels, and a layout that could support both family life and social use without feeling fragmented. At the same time, the design needed to respond to climate well, keeping the interiors naturally lit, ventilated, and protected from excess heat.
Our Solution
Studio Inside Out approached the residence through a clear vertical planning strategy, placing social spaces below and more private family zones on the upper floors. Passive decisions like recessed balconies, larger north openings, service zones acting as a heat buffer, and a shaded terrace entertainment space helped the home feel more comfortable and energy-conscious, while the elevation used screens, louvers, and clean contemporary detailing to give it a stronger architectural identity.
